The interface is extremely simple.
Use the controls on the top part of the App screen to set the pose of your camera. Press and hold on any of the keypose buttons to record that pose. Use the same button to recall that pose. It’s that simple. Press 2 keyposes to put the system in loop between both keyposes.
You can adjust the speed and acceleration of the transition between keyposes. Or, you can easily create time-lapse videos by using the same keyposes.

I love it so far, but I've hardly used it as I am waiting for a 1/4 to 3/8 adapter screw to use the headone. The headone didn't come with an adapter to mount a regular threaded dslr/mirroless camera. It's kind of surprising I don't have one with all of my other gear, but I'm still excited to get rolling with this. I will post a review on youtube once I have had 5-10 hours with it. I am debating on whether or not I'll get another headone for the added axis of rotation. Movement is smooth and the speed ramp at the ends of the slider are very gradual. I don't see much lash at all even at higher speeds.
Dear Sir, I bought a new product but didn't understand why it had so many small scratches on the surface. And a big scratch on the slider. Can I send you my open video Review Product ?
WOW, just wow. I've owned an Edelkrone Slider since the first Slider Pro v1 for backpacking and later upgrading to the SliderONE v2. So I've never had a non-motorized Edelkrone Slider. I must say, paired with the Steady Module, the SliderPLUS v5 Long is a dream to operate. It's silent as a Ninja (well, a REAL Ninja, not like my Atomos Ninja V, which ironically has a loud fan.. LOL).It's as smooth as a baby's bumm, and slick as Shi...itake mushrooms. What surprised me is how light it is, for how long the movement is. And that magnetic attachable geared belt system, foe-getta-bout'it. The movement is so flippen smooth, it makes my youngest daughter's footage look like something out of a movie. But perhaps my favorite is that long through dolly move, holy cow. I knew it was going to be sweet, but figured I wouldn't be able to use the entire length of movement, but dang if you can't, even just inches above the slider. The locking mechanism is proves how focused on Use Case and Safety, Edelkrone is. And the feet are a nice touch, especially the little rubber edge and how it ratchets into position and can be locked at a repeatable angle. Just so many little touches, so many refinements, it's a joy to use such well thought out gear. And I really appreciate that. I didn't even mention the craftsmanship, manly because that goes without saying when it comes to Edelkrone, simply impeccable, the SliderPLUS v5 Long is "Perfection Refined".
I had to return this because it only gave a smooth slide at high speed where bumps are imperceptible. At slower speeds it gave an uneven resistance like the wheels were lopsided. My colleague who'd been a longtime Edelkrone user (my inspiration to buy) took advantage of the trade up program and her V5 slider would lurch at slower speeds as well. She had her unit exchanged and the unit she got in return preformed worse. She said her previous generation slider was much smoother (she slides manually on a regular basis). The reply I received from customer service after sending them a video demonstrating the poor slide performance of my V5 slider (https://youtu.be/lluz952f4DE) was a canned response (I know this because my colleague received the exact response) saying slow speeds are impossible due to human error and suggesting I purchase an add-on to achieve smooth, slow speed slides. First, this shows that the customer service rep didn't even look into my order otherwise they'd have noticed I DID, in fact, order the steady module (which does improve slide performance). Second, with practice, sliders which don't have damping can slide smoothly, but not if they're giving uneven resistance, and unfortunately that's hard to prove in a video without very specialized equipment. Third, I'd originally inquired about an exchange. I WANT the product to work, I figured maybe I just got a bad copy (it happens). I was not offered the option for an exchange, rather... Forth, I was instead offered either return it or "buy an add-on." If your product is so bad at what it does that it can't perform its base function without buying additional parts, maybe take it back to the drawing board. I imagine they'll be getting a lot of returns on this 5th gen slider.
Really I appreciate the customer service they send me two time the slider part for free when i have lost 1st time Now I receive it finally Always i will pay from your company

I reached out to edelkrone for a replacement part to my SliderPlus and they were able to identify the part that I needed and even sent it to me free of charge. All I had to do was pay for shipping. I would absolutely recommend their products to any production company that values a responsive customer support team!
it was very nice talked with edelkrone customer service. They know how to care their customers. I lost one of the sidewall bearing and emailed them ask replacements. They sent replacement right away for free of charge. FYI, I purchased soft case for SliderPLUS. It’s worth it you don’t have to worry about you lose Sidewall Bearing anymore.
